By accessing or using ScanMyPlate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ScanMyPlate helps you track meals and nutrition information using AI-powered photo scanning. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when setting up your profile and goals.
Nutrition estimates, health scores, and coaching suggestions provided by the App are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet or health routine.
Meal analysis is generated using AI and may not always be fully accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting scan results before relying on them.
ScanMyPlate offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans: Monthly ($9.99/month) and Annual ($29.99/year). New subscribers may be offered a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
All content, branding, and functionality within the App are the property of ScanMyPlate and may not be copied or reused without permission.
ScanMyPlate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
